If you are using Internet Explorer versions 9, 10 or 11, please follow the steps listed below to resolve your issue:

1. In your Tools dropdown bar at the top (where it says File, Edit, View, Favorite, Tools, Help – Or something of that variety), look for Compatibility View or Compatibility View Settings. If there is not a check mark next to Compatibility View, click it so there is. Add our site to Compatibility View Settings: Then click Close.

2. Under the same Tools menu, see if there is an option for ActiveX Filtering. If there is, click on it so you now see a check mark next to it.

3. Finally, close Internet Explorer and reopen our page (to refresh your changes), and GOMAPS should work properly.
